I've worked extensively as an Assistant Editor on top tier feature documentaries and scripted episodic. In 2021, I worked on a part animated, part live action series called Lost Ollie / Netflix, working with Director Peter Ramsy (Into the Spiderverse). Additionally, I received credits on the Netflix episodic, Keep Breathing, and a scripted feature for Passionflix.

I taught Avid Editing at Loyola Marymount University in the Spring of 2022; lecturing once a week while a GA ran the Avid Lab. Based out of LA, I am an active member of the union, vaccinated, and seeking new opportunities in scripted or new media storytelling.

I'm talented at putting in temp sfx, first passes on music, and creating temp vfx utilizing keyframes. I am also experienced with Script Sync and working remotely with others in different time zones.

I have been a prolific shortform editor for CBS sports, Billboard Music, Lincoln Center, and Hearst magazine in NYC. I am known for the speed at which I edit, my positive personality and my ability to integrate feedback notes successfully from Directors and Producers. Focusing on who the intended audience is a driving force in my edit philosophy.

I earned an MFA grad degree at film school, spent 6 years editing in New York City, and relocated to Los Angeles in '19.

An alumni of Michigan State University (BA) and Ohio University (MFA), suburban Detroit is where I'm originally from.
I am a huge Syfy fan, and would love to work in that genre. I appreciate the community of LA and actively look to connect with others. I am open to working with non-profits for women's rights or grassroots politicians who need videos edited at a volunteer rate.
